40-360.33. One-call notification center; written procedures; technical and data security standards
The one-call notification center, in consultation with the corporation commission and impacted stakeholders, shall:
1. Establish a method to implement this article that includes all of the following:
(a) Procedures for large project tickets.
(b) Mandatory white lining.
(c) The interactive positive response system.
(d) The minimum technical and data security standards.
2. Establish minimum technical and data security standards for the interactive positive response system.
3. Make the details of the method and minimum technical and data security standards adopted pursuant to this section available on the one-call notification center's publicly accessible website.
