36-2066. Posting; confidential information; notification of local jurisdictions
A. The department shall post on its public website the name and telephone number of each licensed sober living home and shall update the list quarterly. The department shall not disclose the address of a licensed sober living home, except that the department, on request, shall disclose the address of the sober living home to:
1. A local jurisdiction for zoning purposes.
2. Local law enforcement.
3. Emergency personnel.
4. A third-party contractor of the department.
B. A sober living home's address is not a public record and is not subject to title 39, chapter 1, article 2. This section does not prohibit a sober living home from publishing or otherwise self-disclosing its address.
C. If a local jurisdiction provides its contact information to the department for notifications relating to sober living homes, the department shall notify the local jurisdiction of all initial licenses issued pursuant to this article in that jurisdiction in the preceding month. The department is not obligated to provide the notifications under this subsection to a local jurisdiction that does not provide the local jurisdiction's contact information to the department.
