We will begin accepting applications to reserve the Historic Senate Chamber in the Capitol Museum for calendar year 2026, at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. In an effort to be fair to all, during this initial round of applications, each entity may reserve only one date for the January through May, 2026 time period. Completed event applications can be emailed to: capitolevents@azleg.gov.
The Historic Senate Chamber has a maximum capacity of 49 and is available 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Outdoor Events:
Applications for reserving outdoor space at the Capitol for an event in calendar year 2026, will be accepted beginning 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. In an effort to be fair to all, during this initial round of applications, each entity may reserve only one date for the January through May, 2026 time period. Completed event applications can be emailed to: capitolevents@azleg.gov. Applications for outdoor weekend events will be accepted on a rolling basis.
Events with a duration of more than 1 hour will be assigned to Wesley Bolin Plaza. Events with a duration of 1 hour or less will be assigned a location based on availability.
