appropriation; RCB 5160 bridge project
Purpose
Appropriates $1,750,000 from the state General Fund (state GF) in FY 2021 to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) to replace the RCB 5160 Bridge.
Background
ADOT is responsible for the design and construction of state public transportation systems and the maintenance and operation of state highways in Arizona (A.R.S. § 28-332).
RCB 5160 Bridge is located south of the City of Willcox along U.S. Route 191.
S.B. 1111 appropriates $1,750,000 from the state GF in FY 2021.
Provisions
1. Appropriates $1,750,000 from the state GF in FY 2021 to ADOT for the purpose of replacing the RCB 5160 Bridge.
2. Becomes effective on the general effective date.
