6-150. Appointment of superintendent as agent for service of process; forwarding of process; consent to jurisdiction
Any person who is not a resident of this state, domiciled in this state or authorized to do business in this state and who files an application is deemed to have:
1. Consented to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state for all actions arising under the provisions of this article.
2. Appointed the superintendent as his lawful agent for the purpose of accepting service of process in any action, suit or proceeding that may arise under this article. Copies of all such lawful process accepted by the superintendent as an agent shall be transmitted by the superintendent by registered mail to such person at his last known address.
