32-3615. Experience requirement for licensure or certification
A. Each applicant for licensure or certification shall have experience that was acquired within ten years immediately preceding the filing of the application for licensure or certification.
B. Each applicant for licensure or certification shall furnish under oath a detailed listing of the real estate or other appraisal reports, review reports or filed memoranda for each year for which experience is claimed by the applicant. On request, the applicant shall make available to the superintendent for examination copies of appraisal reports that the applicant has prepared in the course of the applicant's appraisal experience.
