repealing section 15-120.02, Arizona Revised Statutes; repealing Laws 2022, chapter 106, sections 2, 3 and 4; relating to athletics.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Repeal

A. Section 15-120.02, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.

B. Laws 2022, chapter 106, sections 2, 3 and 4 are repealed.
