Amending laws 2018, chapter 259, section 3, as amended by laws 2022, chapter 377, section 3; relating to traumatic event counseling.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Laws 2018, chapter 259, section 3, as amended by Laws 2022, chapter 377, section 3, is amended to read:

Sec. 3. Delayed repeal

Section 38-673, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed from and after December 31, 2026 2031.
