AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the Arizona criminal justice COMMISSION.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona criminal justice commission; major incident division task forces

The sum of $600,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Arizona criminal justice commission to distribute evenly to the five major incident division task forces in existence on the effective date of this section.
