Overview

Recognizes the legitimacy of the regions of Judea and Samaria, promotes the use of those terms in official state communications and rejects the term West Bank.

History

The terms Judea, Samaria and the West Bank refer to largely the same small geographic area west of the Jordan River.

1.   Recognizes the historical, biblical and legal legitimacy of the regions of Judea and Samaria and formally rejects the term West Bank as a modern political construct.
