AN ACT

appropriating monies to the Arizona health care cost containment system.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona health care cost containment system; fiscal years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 and 2029-2030; provider increases

The following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in the following fiscal years to the Arizona health care cost containment system for provider increases for home and community based services providers for the elderly and persons with physical disabilities:

1. $7,500,000 in fiscal year 2026-2027.

2. $7,500,000 in fiscal year 2027-2028.

3. $7,500,000 in fiscal year 2028-2029.

3. $7,500,000 in fiscal year 2029-2030.
