relating to taxation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Legislative intent

Notwithstanding section 42-5041, Arizona Revised Statutes, the department of revenue may not assess and collect fees from counties, cities, towns, councils of governments and regional transportation authorities to implement the integrated tax system modernization project for fiscal year 2025-2026.
