AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of administration.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of administration; Navajo technical university; environmental testing laboratory

The sum of $8,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of administration to distribute to the Navajo technical university to develop and construct an environmental testing laboratory.
