directing the department of transportation to open a weigh station near cameron, Arizona.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Weigh station; Cameron

The department of transportation shall open a weigh station for commercial trucks on the site of the former agricultural and horticultural inspection station on U.S. 89 near Cameron. The weigh station shall be operational within two years after the effective date of this act.
