Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 12, chapter 7, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 14, to read:
ARTICLE 14. ATTORNEY DISCIPLINE
12-1021. Attorney discipline; jury trial request
In an attorney discipline matter, the attorney who is the subject of the discipline matter may request a jury trial.
