Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Laws 2024, chapter 209, section 18 is amended to read:

Sec. 18. ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

Agricultural employment relations

State general fund                  $ 15,605,100

Sec. 2. Arizona department of agriculture; brand inspectors

The Arizona department of agriculture shall use the five additional full-time equivalent positions added pursuant to section 1 of this act to increase the number of brand inspectors employed by the department by five full-time equivalent positions.  The department shall allocate the five additional full-time equivalent positions to prioritize brand inspections in Graham and Greenlee counties.
