Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; university of Arizona; regional medical center; Yuma

The sum of $________ is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the university of Arizona to construct a regional medical center in the city of Yuma.
