AN ACT

Amending section 33-1705, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to self-service storage.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Section 33-1705, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE33-1705. Notice posted in the office

Each operator acting pursuant to this article shall at all times keep posted in a prominent place in the operator's office or on the premises of the self-service storage facility,  a notice that reads as follows:

Articles stored pursuant to a rental agreement may be sold or disposed of if any storage charges are overdue for more than thirty days. END_STATUTE
