AN ACT

amending laws 2024, chapter 209, section 75; relating to the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners in Medicine and Surgery.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Laws 2024, chapter 209, section 75 is amended to read:

Sec. 2. Arizona board of osteopathic examiners in medicine and surgery; investigators; licensing personnel

The Arizona board of osteopathic examiners in medicine and surgery shall use the five additional full-time equivalent positions added pursuant to section 1 of this act to increase the number of investigators and licensing personnel employed by the board by five full-time equivalent positions. The board shall allocate the five additional full-time equivalent positions to prioritize investigations and licensure applications.
