appropriating monies to the department of economic security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Supplemental appropriations; department of economic security; developmental disabilities program

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2024-2025, the sum of $122,300,300 from the state general fund and $402,981,400 in developmental disabilities medicaid expenditure authority are appropriated in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the department of economic security for developmental disabilities program expenses.
