AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 347

The sum of $16,291,610 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of transportation to widen and improve State Route 347 between Interstate 10 and the city of Maricopa.
