appropriating monies to the department of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.1. Appropriation; department of education; college credit by examination incentive program; intent

A. In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2025-2026 for this purpose, the sum of $4,214,700 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of education for the college credit by examination incentive program established by section 15-249.06, Arizona Revised Statutes.

B. The legislature intends that the college credit by examination incentive program be fully funded in future years.
