Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 44, chapter 12, article 11, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 44-1975, to read:
44-1975. Trial by jury
Notwithstanding any other law, a person has a right to a trial by jury if the person is the subject of a commission securities proceeding.
