Lines 8 and 20, strike "ten" insert "fifty"
Strike lines 21 through 23, insert:
"d. The director may enter into reciprocity agreements or certify boating safety education programs from other states that are substantially similar to programs offered pursuant to subsection B of this section. The director shall issue a certificate of completion to a person who provides proof of completion of a program in another state or a substantially similar boating safety education program pursuant to this subsection."
