An Act

 

providing for the transfer of land and buildings from the Arizona historical society to the city of yuma.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Conveyance of land and buildings

A. The Arizona historical society shall convey to the city of Yuma ownership of the following land and buildings:

1. The Sanguinetti House Museum and Gardens and Jack Mellon House located at 240 South Madison Avenue, Yuma, Arizona.

2. The Molina Block located at 272 Madison Avenue, Yuma, Arizona.

B. The president of the Arizona historical society shall deliver a properly signed and recorded deed or patent to the city of Yuma within fifteen days after the effective date of this act.

C. The transferred land and buildings shall be used by the city of Yuma for public purposes perpetually and may not be sold, exchanged or bartered.
