(a) The term of the member appointed by the speaker of the house of representative expires on the last Monday in January 2026.
(b) The term of the member appointed by the president of the senate expires on the last Monday in January 2027.
(c) The term of the member appointed by the governor expires on the last Monday in January 2028."
