Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 39, chapter 1, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 39-129, to read:

START_STATUTE39-129. Cast vote record; public record

NOTWITHSTANDING any other law, for every election held in this state and after completion of the official canvass, the cast vote record for that election is a public record. END_STATUTE
