amending title 23, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 23-613.02; relating to employment security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 23, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 23-613.02, to read:

START_STATUTE23-613.02. Base-period employer; limitations

An employer is no longer considered a base-period employer as defined in section 23-606 for the purposes of unemployment insurance after three years from the date the employee separates from employment. END_STATUTE
