Page 1, strike lines 23 through 28, insert:
"(c) The name and address of the pharmacy benefit manager’s agent in this state for service of process.”
Page 4. between lines 3 and 4, insert:
"R. This section shall only apply to a pharmacy benefit manager performing services for a health plan subject to the jurisdiction of this state.
S. This section does not apply to a workers’ compensation insurer performing services under title 23."
