appropriating monies to the university of Arizona.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; university of Arizona; pharmacy laboratory

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the university of Arizona to refurbish and complete the pharmacy laboratory at the university of Arizona cancer center at Dignity Health St. Joseph's hospital and medical center.
