Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Retroactive application of Laws 2022, chapter 378

Laws 2022, chapter 378 applies retroactively to from and after September 18, 2007 to all cases involving the investigation of law enforcement officer misconduct.
