Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; spaying and neutering of animals fund

The sum of $450,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the spaying and neutering of animals fund established by section 28-2422.02, Arizona Revised Statutes.
