An Act

appropriating monies to the Arizona state parks heritage fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona state parks heritage fund

The sum of $10,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the Arizona state parks heritage fund established by section 41-502, Arizona Revised Statutes.  These monies may not be used to acquire property.
