Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 45-2102, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
45-2102. Definitions
In this chapter, unless the context otherwise specifies requires:
1. "Commission" means the Arizona water protection fund commission.
2. "Fund" means the Arizona water protection fund.
