HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2049

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"Section 1. Title 23, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 23-613.02, to read:

START_STATUTE23-613.02. Employer; limitations

For unemployment contribution purposes, the employer of record terminates after three years from the date the employee separates from employment."

Amend title to conform

And, as so amended, it do pass
