AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Warner Street bridge

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the department of transportation to distribute to Maricopa county to construct, repair and upgrade the Warner Street bridge.
