AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the department of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Supplemental appropriation; department of education; basic state aid and additional state aid entitlement; Apache Junction; Show Low

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2021-2022, the sum of $___________ is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of education to distribute to school districts with fewer than two thousand five hundred students that are located in counties with a population of at least fifty-four thousand persons but less than four hundred fifty-five thousand persons to eliminate the reduction in basic state aid and additional state aid entitlement made pursuant to Laws 2021, chapter 408, section 130, subsection A.
