SENATE AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2528
(Reference to House engrossed bill)
Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Appropriation; housing trust fund
The sum of $100,000,000 is appropriated from the monies allocated to this state by the American rescue plan act of 2021 (P.L. 117-2) in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the housing trust fund established by section 41-3955, Arizona Revised Statutes."
