Page 4, between lines 26 and 27, insert:
"O. NOtwithstanding subsection A of this section, a physician, physician's assistant, optometrist, dentist, osteopathic physician, chiropractor, podiatrist or nurse who is required to make a report pursuant to subsection A of this section may delegate the obligation to report to a subordinate or other employee of the facility or practice where the treatment occurred."
