appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; former State Route 279

The sum of $6,142,800 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the department of transportation to distribute to the city of Cottonwood to construct and improve former State Route 279.
