AN ACT
Amending title 16, chapter 6, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 16-902; relating to Campaign contributions and expenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 16, chapter 6, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-902, to read:
16-902. Campaign emails; prohibition
A. A committee may not send a campaign email to an email address that ends in .edu or .gov.
B. In an action for damages a person who violates this section is liable to the email recipient for $100 per email.
