1. Caps, at an aggregate of $250,000 per livestock operation, grants from the Livestock Operator Fire and Flood Assistance Fund (Fund) in any fiscal year for infrastructure projects resulting from a single wildfire and that wildfire's associated flooding.

2. Decreases, from 10 percent of Fund monies per fiscal year to 5 percent of Fund monies per fiscal year, monies that may be used for administering the Livestock Operator Fire and Flood Assistance Grant Program.

3. Clarifies that projects are infrastructure projects for:

a) determining the limit for grant amounts in relation to the cost of a project; and

b) written reporting requirements for projects that take longer than one year.

4. Adds an emergency clause.
