FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Requires the Arizona Department of Revenue to consider any service vehicle that remains a new motor vehicle or that is treated as a new motor vehicle as statutorily outlined to be continuously available for sale.
2. Adds a purpose statement.

Page 4, line 36, after the period insert "The department shall consider any service vehicle that remains a new motor vehicle as described in section 28-4422 or that is treated as a new motor vehicle under title 28, chapter 10 to be continuously available for sale.
Sec. 3. Purpose
The purpose of this act is to clarify the scope of section 42-5157, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by Laws 1993, chapter 12, section 1 and the treatment of service vehicles thereunder from and after December 31, 1992."
