FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

1. Conditions, on the course being offered to other students at that time, the authorization for a student who is, or whose spouse is, ordered to state or federal reserve component duty (reserve duty) to receive a grade of incomplete and be allowed to complete the course on the release of the student or the student’s spouse from reserve duty.

2. Specifies that a student who chooses to continue and complete the course for full credit must complete the course in compliance with any applicable accreditation or certification standards.
