"B. The state treasurer shall distribute the monies appropriated in subsection A of this section in the following amounts to the following recipients for a rural county interoperability communication system:

2. Cochise county sheriff $225,000
3. Coconino county sheriff $225,000
4. Gila county sheriff $225,000
5. Graham county sheriff $375,000
6. Greenlee county sheriff $100,000
7. La Paz county sheriff $150,000
8. Maricopa county sheriff $1,000,000
9. Mohave county sheriff $750,000
10. Navajo county sheriff $230,000
11. Pinal county sheriff $250,000
