"Sec. 16. Appropriation; Arizona department of forestry and fire management

The sum of $25,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 and each fiscal year thereafter to the Arizona department of forestry and fire management for wildfire emergency response and wildfire mitigation."
