AN ACT

amending title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 16-404.01; relating to conduct of elections.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-404.01, to read:

START_STATUTE16-404.01. Election equipment, data and supplies; limitations

NOTWITHSTANDING any other law:

1. all election data and results shall remain in this country and may not be transferred, transmitted or stored in any other country.

2. All election EQUIPMENT, including computers, paper and other supplies, shall be made in America. END_STATUTE
