AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the department of economic security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Supplemental appropriation; department of economic security; child care subsidy program

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2020-2021, the sum of $92,712,300 is appropriated from the child care development fund block grant in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of economic security for the child care subsidy program.
