Overview
States that Arizona consents to the sale of certain land to the United States for use by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs.
History
The State of Arizona may consent to the acquisition of privately owned land by the United States only if a joint resolution is adopted by the Legislature and signed by the governor. (A.R.S. § 37-620.02) The joint resolution must recite the legal description of the land and the purpose for which the state consents the land to be used. (A.R.S. § 37-620.01)
