Page 1, line 10, strike "maricopa county sheriff" insert "SHERIFFS of the pilot program counties"
Between lines 12 and 13, insert:
"1. Encompasses up to eight hundred schools across three different counties. One County shall have a population grater than three million persons, one county shall have a population between one hundred thousand and five hundred thousand persons and one county shall have a population of not more than one hundred thousand persons."
